I cannot get the EPG to work on my Solaris receiver. I seem to get the information after the event rather than before. Any ideas please?

That depends on how you are receiving info to your Nfusion. Some servers/methods don't have good EPG support at all and there is little you can do about it.

It does not matter where you live. If you are not using your internet connection to connect to a server you will not get an EPG or much else....

Yes, but you need to connect to a server with the internet. If you are not connected to a server the receiver will not get the information you are looking for...
There are no more public servers for your box to get information from so a private server is your only option and they are not supported here.
