It was not service. I payed for an nfusion phoenix. I have filed the dispute with paypal. It has now went to a claim and is being investigated. I know I will get my money back thanks to paypal I have went through this before buying off eb_y. The funds don't go back in my account as fast as they where taken out. That means I have to watch the rabbit ears that much longer. And yes it is posted on his sight he is an authorized dealer. There are links from creditable sights that link him as a dealer.

Paypal is not as secure as I thought. I won the dispute I filed through paypal. Paypal said even though I won the dispute, I was not going to be able to recover my funds. They said, sense the seller had no funds in his account, they couldn't give my money back. That was the only reson I had a paypal account was to insure my money used in transactions over the net. I can't recover it through my bank becuase of how long it took paypal to tell me, hey your right you should get your money back. But your not. I'm going to bring this to a close with PayPal CAN SUCK IT!!!

Yeah paypal is a tool... Ebay started it to make money off transactions on their service.... It got to be bigger than expected when other sites started recognising it as a legit way to make a "secure" transaction.... AS long as paypal got it's cut they really don'e care....

I think it sucks that Pay Pal tells people that their transaction is secure when in fact it's all BS. I ordered a power cord for my hp printer from GENERAL SAVINGS and never got my goodies then I go back to Pay Pal to put a claim and they couldn't do jack stinking S#@$%#T because this company is in HONG KONG, so be carefull when you buy from flea bay with pay pal, go with regular plastic instead, at least the bank puts your funds in your acct while it investigates, usually 1 or 2 days for your moneys to be credited back to your acct.
