Sats available?

Is Galaxy 10R (123.0W) still available? If not what free sats are available? We just got a 33" Star Choice dish and we haven't had any luck all day. I tried looking on lyngsat and I didn't see it on there. Do we have to reinstall the factory file on our VS Plat Lite?
