new k box and black k-hub can't seem to get the green light to come on did everything 3 or 4 times flash ativate files still no green light 5 or 6 free chanels come in screen says scrambled chanels could i have a bad hub or am i doing something wroung not enough beer or to much beer

Thinking out loud here but im assuming you checked that the receiver is on network mode and not stand alone mode and with auto rolls off?

Also check your network connection to make sure your network is ok.
