factory reset file

can anyone help me? i need to find the factory reset for the coolsat5000. I got a humming noise ,then thesat goes out then comes back on. any thoughts on what that may be

dont need a file to do a factory reset but if u need the factory bin u can find it here

your loud humming noise is in the bin file. Norw knows abo ut it and has been trying to correct the problem.you can still try the fac bin but it won't help much. I should ask is this is just happening once in awhile. or over and over. if it is over and over then you have a different problem. let me know one way or the other
