black screen when menu pressed

I just installed my new cw ultima,it worked ok for about 10 min,now whenever the menu or usb button is pressed,the screen flikers for about 1/2 sec then goes black.i can get back to free channels by pressing exit,although sometimes the screen is frozen and I have to do a reboot.Can anyone help

that dont sound to good, can you get it into boot mode? and stay?

when i turn unit off/on from back it reboots but then goes to last channel selected.Also i forgot to enable patch when first installed new bin

funny that my box did the same..lol...i havent had it going since the blackout.
i fired it up..and black screen..lol....i just rebooted a couple of times...and now working...
