Can someone please tell me what bin number I need to use first when setting up the 650s classic for the first time. I think I read somewhere that I needed the 1.42 for the serial check. I tried everything to get these boxes to work, but with still no luck. Can someone please help?

This is what happens. I put the channel on Nasa (which is suppose to be free) it will say scrambled channel. I shut off the box from behind let it reboot that channel will come in after the reboot. But no others. If I change it to another channel then reboot it I still get scrabled channel and Nasa channel says scrambled. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong. I loaded the factory bin first then loaded v1.64 than v1.73 which is the latest bin. I am at a lost and need someones help.

Yes. and everything is still scrambled. Sometimes even the free channels say scrambled. Now when I reboot the box on a free channel when it comes back up the channel is working. Than I go to another channel reboot on that channel still scambled. And now the free channels are scrambled again.

need latest file loaded on unit, need keypatch enabled and autoroll on, need to set your antenna settings and scan the sats your aimed at, then jus leave er on scrambled channel for say 5-20mins and it should kick in
i'd load latest file, then do factory default, set antenna settings, do channel scan, then make sure key patch is enabled and A/R is on, leave on scrambled channel (1 that is still n2) and walk away for 20mins, still notta do hard-reboot wait another 20
you mentioned nasa i assume your on dn cause b3v is all n3 and dn is goin tha route as we speak
