I have 5 coolsat boxes. They may be slow with the fixes but in the end they come thru.
Get a back up box like SV or C W. Their fix comes out quicker. :icon_psmi

Even if a temporary fix does not come out for the coolsat I will not be too worried I would rather wait and see the norwest group come out with something a little more permanent. And even tho the support is slow I find that the coolsat 7000 is a really awesome quality reciever.

Man......... alot of testers are bad mouthin coolsat around here today! :mad: They better come out with a fix soon or what little they have left of their reputation will flush down the tubes! :icon_psmi

Very usual when the files don't release right away. The flavor of the moment is CW and SV but in time someone else will be first. At times I think it's on purpose so one box doesn't get the heat. Look how VS got the lawsuit first because they came out with the files so fast..... hmmmmmm
