Hello everyone,

Question for everyone, I've got a Dish Network setup in my living room it goes to a ViP 722 HD Receiver. I've got one run into the house so when I want to hook up my DVB-S card to watch TV in my back room I have to disconnect the receiver and connect the DVB-S card.

What can I get to split the signal to both places?

I've tried a multiswitch, it worked for the receiver but not to the DVB-S card, I also tried a splitter but that didn't work for either device.

Thanks everyone.

do you have out to tv or rf out I dont know your system but with nine I used regular cable splitter box before I got my secound set up;; what I did was by these 2 little pyramid things from buyrite ( radioshack ) or where ever they allow you to use your remote from another room.. But both room end up watching same show
hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I have the DVB-S card running it's own coaxl and when I want to use it I have to disconnect my living room receiver from the incoming sat and connect my DVB-S card.

I want to make it so I can use both at the same time on their own I want to watch something on one device and something else on another.

Hope this made it more clear.

Thanks again.
