It is almost a month since I bought this receiver and I am still unable to get it going with IKS. I am really looking for some help. Here is what my setup is....

* Phone line to DSL modem (high speed)
* Using PPPoE service to connect to internet (means have to enter username & password to connect to internet)
* To computer LAN card # 1 (Windows XP using ICS service)
* Second network card to crossover CAT5 and to the nFusion
* Have IP address, SUbnet in the receiver but when I go to S/W download it says "Network connection failed"
* Shows I-ON, N-ON, service not available
* Turned Emulation off but no luck
* Will not let me download software, says network connection failed

I have Echo 3 61.5 and I am trying to watch channel 576,610,611

Can somebody tell me why I am getting this error message?
I have also tried D-Link router but no luck. I also have NETGEAR XE102 wall plugged bridge. Can someone guide to setup this nFuion up?
Thanks,

try strait from the router/modem to the receiver
power everything off including modem (turn emu off too)
turn everything back on and it should kick in
i know jus recently some of the channel's on 61.5 were not working
they might now im not sure
so test it out on 119 or 110 if u can
