I am trying to connect my new NFusion thru Internet. But when I go to S/W upgrade check, It says "configuring network connections" and then it fails. I retry few times but no luck. Here is what I have done so far...

I am using Hi speed DSL and have two 10/100 LAN cards in my computer. From DSL it goes to my LAN1 which has shared connection. Comes out from LAN2 and goes to my wall-plugged bridge. Downstairs in my living room I have another wall-plugged bridge connecting to my NFusion receiver. Receiver is setup for DHCP and has all info. IP add, Subnet etc. It also shows I-on, N-on. I have also tried turning EMULATION off but still the same. I have loaded Boot 1.30 and Software 1.39. I have also tried direct CAT5 cable from LAN card to receiver instead of Wallbridge but still the same thing. It will not update and give me an error saying Network connection failed. I have also tried loading 1.41 and still the same problem. I have Echo 3 61.5 dish. Says "service not available". None of the channel works on 61.5. Remember that I have IP Address and all other info. in the receiver.

I will appreciate if someone can help me on this.

I had the same problem this morning when I hooked mine up for the first time. I was using netgear plug in net receivers they worked for a minuet then went down. So I plugged in straight from my router to receiver with Ethernet cable and everything has been fine so maybe try that and go to menu and go to Internet and go to network info you should see your IP address if not call tech support Oh! I forgot try doing a hard boot fron the back of your stb.
