Model Code is wrong??

what does "model code is wrong" mean when i try to load the factory bin to my captain 7100? and how do i fix it?

do u have the correct loader or factory file ??? just asking ..

the only loader i have is the 1.24 that is the only one i can find..same with the factory file. there is only one i can find

You didn't forget to unzip the file did you?

i have unzipped the file about a hundred times. i have also tried to dl the factory file from diff forums and all the same...

We had a run of folks recently that had file problems till they used WinRAR (http://www.freesatfix.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2570)

Try that to open them
