Improve the NVHD remote control response

There is two obstructions on the Nuvenio that slows down the remote to receiver response.
1) The main plastic face plate cover, leave it down for better response.
2) Remove the small plastic cover (shown in pic) It's glued on, but not very well and can be discarded very easily.
3) For maximum response - use both methods
