I have one but I can not up load it ! help I want to share

I just uploaded the latest cnx patch fix. but this is what you do save file to desktop then go to new post then forum jump then member submitted uploads then start new thread cut and paste info about file then go down to managment attachments click on it and coose comp desk top click on what ever file you want to upload then click upload wait till it uploads to site then submitt thread now your done;)
