Sound is gone from all channels today, please, help

I'm using Nuvenio HD for a few months, suddenly, today sound is gone on all channels. I checked connections, checked sound on TV from another source, TV is OK.

Any ideas what could happen ?
And also sat 82 stopped working week ago (no service available).

Should I reinstall a software?

Do a hard reboot with the power switch in hte back of the unit.

82 and most of 91 is down since last week. no fix as yet.

turn dolby off if your unit has it

I had same thing happen last Sunday, while I was switching channels. Did hard reboot, no help. I then had to change hdmi cable and that worked. Of course, while I was changing cable, had unit off and unplugged so that may have fixed it, too.
