I'm a noob, but a techie -- figure I can work it out with a little help from what's already written... But LOL here is the story so far...

Earlier this month I was trying to figure a system that was set up for my mom. The VS Extreme just happened to get hit with an ECM that night. I got the PGM fix later that night and boom, it was back up...

Today I get my own VS Ultra Lite to play with,etc... Set up the Factory PGM and follow with the PGM fix, and it's Autoroll city. I'm scratching my head for hours before I figure out to check the outtage section. DOH DOH DOH

Every time I'm working hard to figure all this new jargon & setup out, it turns out there's an ECM in the system. I'm trying to get my wife off a Bell subscription and this is not helping! LOL
