Well the rumor has it that with the next presidental election the US will be screwed..... I don't like to talk politics cause I feel it is a personal thing and usually results in arguements but so far everyone that I know have given up on our chances of not going into a depression. We are so screwed..... Why do we continually have to pic the lesser of 2 evils? Even on the local front there seems to be no relief. The government is bailing out one financial institute after another. The victims (taxpayers) of these situations do not get a bailout. Instead they just get put out. They loose their homes and bank accounts while the government uses federal moneys to "Invest" in these companies in which funds have been criminally missmanaged and their reward is not jail but instead a profit from the boost to their stock.

yup the buzzards are circling. And I guess Al Queda isnt so dumb after all - They drew us into a war that is really unwinnable in the definition of the word and have us pouring huge monetary resources taht could be better spent. Then add in the miss appropriation of those war funds by all dubyas buddies who have war and logisitics companies raking it in over there by ripping off the govt and the soldiers.
Now Dont get me wrong I support the troops 200%, just not the idiots sitting in the officers lounge with cognac in one hand and hot phone in the other making battle calls like they were ordering pizza for fuck sakes.
WEll Dubya how do you feel now ? Arent you the dummy who got sucked in or what???????

First off we aren't screwed, we've just been led to believe that. We need to unify our society instead of staying divided into to political factions. (Repubs and Dems) We need as a country decide what we need to improve upon and make it happen. The government has trended from working for us to us working for them. The lobbyist need to be run out of Washington and the IRS abolished. Any form of government that has no checks and balances such as the IRS should be run out with a stick. Just this week I had all assets frozen by these idiots and had to jump through hoops to undo it. I read a news article rounded up from the bot here that said we spend 10 billion a month in war effort and rebuilding while they (the oil countries) have a 4 trillion dollar surplus in their budget. Seriously WTF is wrong with this picture? Our service trucks pull to the pump over there and pay close to the price here per gallon, while a citizen of the middle east only pays $.25 a gallon? We need to end this bottomless pockets campaign and bring the bleeding of America to an end. Bin Laden stated sometime early in 2001 I believe that he wanted oil to be $145 a barrel, that mark was almost reached this year. America needs to look out for America and stop being the big brother to the world. We have made more enemies than friends doing this. I think that sallie mae and all these other finance companies that were lending when they shouldn't have, need to suffer the consequence. I am tired of being the middle class pack mule to shoulder the burden of all this.
