I decided to respond to your post because 1 it will not allow me to start a new thread and 2. because I would not consider a purchase of this box till they get the bugs worked out. However I can say that SKYTEAM supposidly is one of the quickest to release keys, I can't verify that because the box I purchased has "red light syndrome" and it hasn't responded to me so far.

Does anyone know what can be done for the "Red Light" that won't go away I can't seem to get this unit to download any new software.
Any responses are appreciated.

How to fix Red light on Skyview max 2000PVR

1. Rename any file from file.auto --> file.bin
2. Then user the skyview max loader to download the file on to your skyview max.
3. once the unit is done downloading the unit will turn on and your unit is fixed.
