i think it should...i thingk that if it was, dam? over half the people that are in jail would not be in thair....its not as bad as smoking and drinking...and having guns....at least it wont kill ya..get ya pritty fucked up though...lol
its been over 3 months since i smoked....and it sucks...(sinus infection)...but its bullshit.the goverment does this shit..it suppost to be a free country...ya right.....y isent weed legal? and drinking and cigs r legal?

i think it should be legal but like everthing else once the goverment i involved they would prolly fuck it all up by trying to figure out some way of haveing a breath alizer test or something?? long as the goverment got there kick back thats all that matters to them:(
