Need some help this unit is driving me crazy and it is not even mine.try to download the new fix system when you insert the stick into the usb I assume as the instruction say that a software window will open.I have try 4 sticks and no window .Reset the unit to factory reformated the stick in the unit load the newest fix was able to see the window download the program unit restarted all channels were scrambled .Rescanned the birds had to do an auto scan to get 119 load which worked fine then 110 got hung up after 234 channels .The system came up with channels .
Is this normal for the Coolsat or am I doing something wrong seem to be weird that you would have rescan every time .Have a different make myself and it is a couple of min install.
