Stuck on ALOCK - Channel 480

My Captain 7100USB receiver will not respond to commands from the remote control or the buttons on front of the receiver. It will only read '480' in the display. The channel menu at the bottom of the TV screen reads: ALOCK,
channel 480. Tried on/off hard reboots, reloading factory bin, reloading newest update bin, more on/off hard reboots. Still nothing. The channel playing on the TV is Dishnetwork Information Channel 101. Even the volume control will not work using the remote or the buttons on the receiver. On/off reboots seem to do reboot but when done go straight to the '480' in display window of reciever. The TV will not go anywhere but channel 101 Dish Network Info (showing ALOCK channel 480). Please help

I have the same problem,,tried the boot,,reboot,,unplugged,,even a boot fix,,need help,,it's stuck on channel 103 PPV Guide.

what happens if you hold front power button for 30 secs while receiver is on..?

are you on stb mode on the remote?

sometimes you accidently press on of the other buttons picking it up .
