Here's a little something for you. It's the best that I came up with in a short period of time.


The Homesat V6 was formerly known as the HV 9090X and was originally manufactured in China by Hivion. http://www.hivisionusa.com/ Here's a quick link. They have a lot of different models including HD and PVR. Coolsat marketed it as a replacement for the Coolsat 5000 and I guess they switched the manufacturer from China to Korea. What's more interesting is that it is still known as the HV 9090x in Europe and the Middle East. It's in wide use and some fixes came out on the 22nd, I don't think they'd work but it's interesting nonetheless. Anyone ever heard of this brand before? Just curious.

correct coolsat discontinued 5,6k and released homesat models,wonder if homesat files will work on 5,6 k????
