Pointing to Sat 91 and 82 for HD

Hi guys, i still have not been able to figure this one out: I have a 18' dish, just got a 119 110 bracket and an additional LNB (circular); the 110 (82) LNB is hooked to the dish while the 119 (91) is free. They are both dual LNB's.

82 LNB runs into DisEqC 4 port switch port 2 and 91 in port 4. Signal strength for boths sats are in the 90's (nimiq 1 and nimiq 2).

Scan shows zero HD channels.

what am i doing wrong?

i'd remove the switch and run a line strait from the 82 lnb to your receiver, go in the menu make sure it see's 82, then scan it (82), i'd do the same for 91 then add the switch
