DTV DISH w/ 3lnbs

hey fellas,

I've ask this question before can I use the dtv w/ 3lnbs with my extreme?
Just to get 110 and 119 if I can do I need a switch? If I can't why not?
What would I set my lnb type to ?

That dish and lnb is designed to get 101 - 110 - 119. However the center lnb is a "C" lnb and just a combiner for the HDTV programming on 110.
What you can do is to use the dish and lnb setup as is, and just add another lnb to the left lnb from behind the dish. Then cover the center lnb with a cut down pop can. Two electrical pipe hangers screwed together work perfect for adding the lnb. Now the dish will recieve 119 - 110 - 91.
The lnb on the right from behind is the 91 bird and the settings are standard 22KHZ off.
The lnb on the left(not the extra one) is the 110 bird and the settings are standard 22KHZ on.
The third lnb strapped on will get 119. I have one mounted and another I could take a photo of if you like. I love these dishes. Most are in the raash and new ones are $15 on ebay. Most people think they are useless.
