viewsat ultra guide

hey peeps can any one explain to me ,, why i have to do a hard reboot on my viewsat to get guide working 4 ,,5 times a day .... i have to power off reciever on back several times a day in order to get guide working:psmiley30

have u loaded the latest file from 3-11 , it was a bug fix for the v/s, to get the guide to repopulate turn to channel 200 and leave it for a few mins . if your on bev then change to the scre channel not for sure what channel its on .
