DN Down 2/19?

Is DN. My 800s is not picking up any channels. I don't see any new binaries so I'm just wondering if I missing something else.

Thanks Titty I figured it out, The stb needs to have power to the unit but the front power switch needs to be turned off, it is opposite from my coolsat 4000 which I am upgrading from, Thanks for all the time you take to help everyone on this site, YOU ARE TRUELY THE BEST!!!

i load mine in boot mode
with back power off hook it up to pc
then flick back power on while holding front power switch
boot should remain on display, let go of front power button
then load the bin
