cnx duo

i have a cnx duo. what is key and what is a file. can i use one or the other. right know i have only 4 channels. i am using dish net dishes one with 2 lnbs and the other with 1. my duo is set to factory spects. how do i get more channels.

i suggest u install another dish (point it at 91w b3v)
